MLA Kulwant Singh Reviews Development Priorities During Gidarpur Visit
A public outreach programme was organised in Village Gidarpur, SAS Nagar Mohali, on 1 July 2026, where MLA Kulwant Singh interacted with local residents to discuss ongoing development works, public welfare initiatives, and the future development priorities of the village. The programme provided an important platform for direct public engagement, enabling residents to share their views while receiving updates on the Punjab Government’s development agenda under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann.
During the interaction, residents were informed about the major development projects and welfare schemes implemented across SAS Nagar Mohali during the past four and a half years. Residents raised concerns regarding roads, drainage, street lighting, sanitation, drinking water facilities, and other civic amenities. MLA Kulwant Singh listened carefully to every representation and assured the villagers that all genuine matters would be taken up with the concerned government departments for prompt action and effective resolution. He emphasised that regular interaction with citizens helps identify grassroots challenges and ensures that development works are implemented according to the actual needs of local communities.
