MLA Kulwant Singh Highlights Development Vision During Bhagomajra Visit
MLA Kulwant Singh visited Village Bhagomajra, SAS Nagar Mohali, on 2 July 2026 as part of a community interaction programme aimed at strengthening public engagement, reviewing ongoing development works, and understanding the future development priorities of the village. The programme provided an important platform for direct communication between residents and their elected representative while sharing updates on the Punjab Government’s development agenda under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann.
During the interaction, residents of Bhagomajra raised various issues related to roads, drainage, sanitation, drinking water supply, street lighting, public infrastructure, and other civic amenities affecting their daily lives. MLA Kulwant Singh listened carefully to every representation and assured the villagers that all genuine concerns would be taken up with the concerned government departments on priority. He emphasised that regular follow-up would be maintained to ensure timely action and effective resolution of public grievances.
The meeting also provided an opportunity to inform residents about the major development projects and public welfare initiatives implemented across SAS Nagar Mohali during the past four and a half years. Discussions highlighted improvements in road connectivity, rural infrastructure, healthcare, education, public utilities, citizen services, drinking water facilities, sanitation, and various welfare schemes that have contributed to improving the quality of life across the constituency. Residents were encouraged to actively participate in the development process by sharing their suggestions and local priorities.
