Jalandhar: A major initiative aimed at preserving and promoting the teachings of Sri Guru Ravidas Ji was marked on 9 August 2026 with the laying of the foundation stone of the Sri Guru Ravidas Ji Bani Study Centre at Dera Sachkhand Ballan in Jalandhar.

Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann visited Dera Sachkhand Ballan during the programme and met Padma Shri Sant Niranjan Das Ji. The Chief Minister sought his blessings during the visit. The foundation stone ceremony marked an important step towards creating a dedicated space for learning about the life, philosophy and Bani of Sri Guru Ravidas Ji.
