Mohali: Mayor Sarabjeet Singh Samana attended the Antim Ardas of respected Sardarni Avtar Kaur Bhalla Ji at Gurdwara Sahib, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Phase 2, Mohali, following her recent passing.
