MLA Kulwant Singh Listens to Residents, Assures Early Resolution of Public Grievances
Mohali: MLA Kulwant Singh met residents from different parts of the Mohali constituency during a public interaction at his office on 13 August 2026. The meeting provided residents with an opportunity to directly share problems and concerns related to their respective areas.
During the interaction, residents apprised the MLA of various issues requiring attention. MLA Kulwant Singh listened to their concerns and took note of the matters raised by them. He assured the residents that issues falling within his jurisdiction would be taken up with the concerned authorities and departments for necessary action.
The MLA said that genuine public concerns would be followed up and that efforts would be made to ensure their resolution at the earliest possible time. He also emphasised the importance of coordination between elected representatives, government departments and civic authorities in addressing issues faced by residents.
Regular public interactions provide an opportunity to understand local requirements directly from the people. Such meetings also allow residents from different parts of the constituency to bring forward issues related to civic services, infrastructure and other matters requiring administrative attention.
Speaking on the occasion, MLA Kulwant Singh said that maintaining regular and direct contact with residents is essential for understanding their day-to-day concerns. He assured the people that every genuine issue brought to his notice would be pursued with the concerned departments and that all possible efforts would be made for timely resolution.
He further said that public feedback plays an important role in identifying local priorities and improving the delivery of public services. He reiterated his commitment to remaining accessible to residents and working towards addressing issues raised by people across the constituency.
The meeting formed part of the ongoing public outreach and interaction programme in the Mohali constituency, with continued focus on listening to residents, following up on their concerns and ensuring that genuine public issues receive appropriate attention.
