MLA Mohali Kulwant Singh Launches Sewerage Pipeline Project in Phase-3B2, Promises Relief to Residents
In a major step towards improving civic infrastructure, MLA Mohali Kulwant Singh today announced the commencement of a new sewerage pipeline project in Phase-3B2, Mohali. The project has been initiated to address long-standing sewerage issues faced by residents in the area and to ensure a more efficient drainage system.
The new pipeline is being laid at an estimated cost of ₹78.90 lakh and is expected to significantly improve sanitation and living conditions for the local population. The project aims to resolve problems such as waterlogging, blocked drains, and overflow issues that have been causing inconvenience to residents.
Speaking on the occasion, Kulwant Singh stated that basic infrastructure like sewerage systems plays a crucial role in maintaining hygiene and public health. “This project has been initiated to provide a permanent solution to the sewerage problems in Phase-3B2. We are committed to ensuring that residents receive better civic facilities,” he said.
The MLA further informed that the work will be completed within approximately two months. Once completed, the new sewerage pipeline will become fully operational and will provide long-term relief to the residents of the area.
