Mayor Sarabjeet Singh Samana participated in a special religious programme organised on the auspicious occasion of Ekadashi at Sri Lakshmi Narayan Temple, Phase 11, SAS Nagar Mohali. Attending the programme at the invitation of Mrs. Opinderpreet Kaur Ji, the Mayor joined devotees in offering prayers and seeking the blessings of Lord Vishnu for peace, prosperity, good health, and the well-being of the people of Mohali and Punjab.
The religious gathering witnessed the participation of a large number of devotees from different parts of Mohali, who observed the sacred occasion with devotion and spiritual fervour. Mayor Sarabjeet Singh Samana paid obeisance at the temple, participated in the prayers, and prayed for the continued happiness, harmony, and progress of every family. He also interacted with devotees and members of the local community, appreciating the spiritual atmosphere and the role such programmes play in strengthening faith, cultural values, and social unity.
During the interaction, the Mayor highlighted the importance of religious institutions in promoting compassion, mutual respect, and community service.
