Mayor Sarabjeet Singh Samana Meets Residents from Across Mohali, Assures Timely Resolution of Civic Issues
Mayor Sarabjeet Singh Samana met residents from different sectors, wards, and villages of SAS Nagar Mohali at his office during a public interaction programme aimed at strengthening citizen engagement and ensuring responsive governance. The meeting provided residents with an opportunity to directly present their civic concerns, discuss local development priorities, and seek timely intervention from the Municipal Corporation on matters affecting their neighbourhoods.
Residents from various parts of Mohali raised a wide range of issues related to roads, sanitation, sewerage, drainage, street lighting, drinking water supply, cleanliness, parks, waste management, and other essential municipal services. Mayor Sarabjeet Singh Samana patiently heard every representation, carefully reviewed the concerns raised, and assured citizens that all genuine issues would be examined on priority and forwarded to the concerned departments for immediate and effective action.
Emphasising the importance of regular public interaction, the Mayor said that such meetings play a vital role in strengthening transparency, accountability, and people-centric governance.
