Mohali MLA Kulwant Singh Inaugurates LED Panels at School of Eminence Phase-11, Expands Digital Education Push
Strengthening digital infrastructure in government schools, Mohali MLA Kulwant Singh inaugurated four interactive flat panel (LED) screens at the School of Eminence, Phase-11, Mohali. The newly installed panels were also handed over to the school staff to support modern teaching practices.
The initiative is part of a larger plan under which around 50 interactive LED panels are being installed across 22 schools in the Mohali constituency. The move aims to enhance classroom learning through digital tools and bring government schools in line with global education standards.
Highlighting the vision behind the initiative, the MLA credited Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann for prioritizing education and consistently working towards upgrading government school infrastructure across Punjab.
He also acknowledged the leadership of Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains, under whose guidance continuous efforts are being made to modernize classrooms and improve the quality of education in the state.
School authorities welcomed the installation of interactive panels, stating that the technology will enable more engaging, visual, and effective teaching methods. Students are expected to benefit from a more interactive learning environment that enhances understanding and participation.
Residents and parents in the area also appreciated the development, viewing it as a significant step toward strengthening public education in Mohali.
The initiative reflects the Punjab government’s broader commitment to making government schools modern, technology-driven, and accessible to every student.
