MLA Kulwant Singh Interacts with Saidpur Residents During Lok Milni
A Lok Milni programme was organised in Village Saidpur, SAS Nagar Mohali, on 2 July 2026, where MLA Kulwant Singh interacted with local residents to discuss public grievances, village development priorities, and ongoing welfare initiatives. The programme provided villagers with a direct platform to share their concerns, offer suggestions, and receive updates on the Punjab Government’s development agenda under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann.
During the interaction, residents raised various issues related to roads, drainage, sanitation, drinking water supply, street lighting, public infrastructure, and other civic amenities affecting their daily lives. MLA Kulwant Singh patiently listened to every representation and assured the villagers that all genuine concerns would be taken up with the concerned government departments to ensure prompt action and effective resolution. He emphasised that regular Lok Milni programmes play a vital role in ensuring responsive governance and timely redressal of public grievances.
The meeting also highlighted the major development works and public welfare initiatives undertaken across SAS Nagar Mohali over the past four and a half years. Residents were informed about projects related to rural infrastructure, road connectivity, healthcare, education, drinking water facilities, sanitation, citizen services, and various welfare schemes that have contributed to improving the quality of life across both rural and urban areas.
